Our wide range print capabilities include: flexographic, digital, and screen print (both roll to roll and sheet form). This allows GSI to tailor the correct solution to the customer’s needs. We have in-house capabilities for prototype size print runs and short run commercial jobs scaling to high commercial volumes.
Flexographic printing allows versatility that spans both rolled and sheeted decorative logos to specialized, agency recognized constructions. UV inks and resilient materials mean enhanced durability. Longer run production speeds lead to lower cost print jobs with in-line laminating and fabrication. Inkjets allow for variable data marking with Flexo print speeds. GSI offers these advantages with flexographic printing:
Digital printing has revolutionized short run lengths eliminating tooling while reducing set-up material and labor waste allowing for cost-effective fully customized applications. Digital printing offers these benefits:
Our in-line laser allows for cutting labels of all contours and cuts, thus eliminating die tooling costs. In addition, GSI’s digital in-line converting enables prototyping one label to commercially printing thousands in one step.
Multiple screen printing lines accommodate durable, rich-in-color graphics and high precision printed electronic components. Our services include in-house, vertically integrated film development, screen stretching, and final production screen processing. We offer screen printing, both roll-to-roll and sheet fed, along with a variety of post-print fabricating processes to make rigid and flexible graphic overlays, nameplates, and specialty shielding and spacer products. We have several types of presses: manual presses for prototype and low volume production, semi-automatic for mid-level quantities, and automatic for high commercial volume.
