Overlays

GSI produces custom designed and manufactured polycarbonate overlays, featuring:

  • A range of sizes and thicknesses to your specifications
  • Both flat bed and roll-to-roll screen printing for small or large orders
  • Both rotary and optical-registration flat-bed die-cutting
  • Clear, colored, or dead-front windows
  • 1st and 2nd surface printing
  • Multi-colored backgrounds and copy
  • Die-cutting, punching and routing
  • Embossing and debossing
  • Inks, coatings, and laminates that are durable in outdoor and harsh chemical environments
  • Custom adhesives that meet challenging requirements

We will produce from your specifications and artwork or send us your part and we will design the overlay and recommend the appropriate material, print process, and adhesive. We’ll then provide samples for you to test.
