GSI services numerous customers with our conductive printing capabilities. We are experienced at printing conductive, resistive, and dielectric materials on a variety of substrates. Traditional silver based inks are quite common and used every day. Direct electroless copper plated circuits are available for those demanding designs requiring higher conductivity. Specifics:

  • Able to print in both web and sheet format – flatbed and cylinder
  • Delivery of parts in roll or sheeted formats 
  • Double sided circuits
  • Substrate widths: 500 mm web and 600 mm sheet
  • Roll to roll capabilities allow processing thin gage substrates.
  • Types of printed substrates: paper, polyimide (PI), polyetherimide (PEI), polyester (PET, PEN), polycarbonate (PC), and most other films.

Scale

Flat-bed print lines are utilized to support early stage development and for producing production representative prototypes. As volume grows our roll-to-roll print lines have the print speed and drying capacity to support high volume requirements.
